Galiphy ranks genes based on phenotype enrichment.

Using only a list of your human genes of interest, Galiphy predicts which genes are phenotypically associated to your genes of interest. The Galiphy algorithm assumes that genes sharing pathways or cellular function have a similar phenotype profile. First, the algorithm determines what phenotypes are typical for the input gene list. Then, the ranking of the genes is indicative for association with the enriched phenotypes.
